Are you looking for jobs that you can start that will pay you quickly, such as once a week or sooner?

Whether you are looking to get paid in just a few hours, by the end of the day, or if you are looking for weekly pay jobs, you do have many options!

Some of these options may give you schedule flexibility, direct deposit directly to your bank account or PayPal account, and even a full-time income. Many of the jobs below are also work-at-home jobs that may only require a computer and an internet connection.

Weekly Pay Jobs

There are 26 weekly pay jobs listed below. If you want to skip the list, here are some jobs that you may want to start learning more about first:

Sell items

If you are looking to make money quickly, then selling items can be a great way to do that.

This may include finding items around your home to sell online or even looking for items at yard sales, thrift shops, and items that someone may have thrown away.

Items that you may be able to sell include clothes, an old cell phone, jewelry, furniture, and more.

You can sell items on websites and other places such as:

  • Facebook buy/sell groups – These are Facebook groups in your local area where you can sell your stuff.
  • Thrift stores – Thrift stores typically pay on consignment, cash up front, or with store credit. Selling your items to a thrift store is usually the fastest and easiest way to sell things, but they won’t pay the highest as they still have to make money on the items that they sell in their store.
  • Poshmark – Poshmark is a website where you can sell clothing and shoes.
  • Decluttr Decluttr is where you can sell cell phones, iPads, game stations, and video games.
  • Craigslist – Craigslist is a website where you can sell items to those in your local area from furniture to cars, and so much more.
  • Yard sale – A yard sale can allow you to sell many items from your home at once. However, items are generally priced low, so you may not earn very much per item.
  • eBay – You can list your item on eBay to be bought by customers from countries all over the world.

I recommend watching the free webinar Turn Your Passion For Visiting Thrift Stores, Yard Sales & Flea Markets Into A Profitable Reselling Business In As Little As 14 Days to learn how to make money by selling items.

Sign up for quick Craigslist jobs

Your local Craigslist can be a way to make money the same day, as there are many one-day gigs that are available.

Plus, you usually get paid right after you complete your gig, which means that you can get paid the very same day and before you go home.

To find Craigslist gigs in your local area, just go to Craigslist and look for the “gigs” section.

Below are some gigs I found when I did this:

  • Help build a camper van
  • Furniture mover
  • Private music teacher
  • Dog walker
  • House cleaner
  • Prepping a backyard garden for the spring
  • Passing out flyers and brochures
  • Night nanny/doula
  • Handyperson
  • House sitter

Remember, with Craigslist (and many other job websites), you want to avoid scams. If a job seems too good to be true, then skip it and look for something else. For example, no one is going to pay you $2,000 to answer the phone for the day or to mystery shop.

Answer questions in a focus group

A focus group/interview is when someone asks you questions over the phone or on a video call about a company, service, product, or something else. Companies such as Home Depot, Pinterest, Macy’s, Spotify, and more all use focus groups to get feedback.

They may want to know what you think of a company, for example, or they may be interested in how they can improve a process.

I have done focus groups before, and one not too long ago paid me $450 for just 75 minutes of my time. It was a one-on-one interview that was easy.

While $450 is much higher than typical rates, focus groups generally pay between $50 to $100, or sometimes more, per hour of your time.

A company that I recommend using to find focus groups is User Interviews. You can learn more about them in my User Interviews Review.

With User Interviews, you are typically paid within 10 business days of a completed interview.

Take a picture of your grocery receipts

Fetch Rewards is a cell phone app that rewards you for doing your normal shopping at a grocery store.

You don’t have to buy anything specific – simply scan your receipt after you are done shopping into the Fetch Rewards app – it’s as simple as taking a picture.

Once you scan your receipt, you then earn points. These points can then be redeemed for gift cards to Target, Starbucks, Amazon, and more.

You can sign up for Fetch Rewards here.

Walk dogs and pet sit

Caring dog walkers and pet sitters are jobs that are in high demand, and there are many weekly pay jobs that you may be able to find.

If you enjoy being around animals and are looking to earn money this week, then finding pet sitting and dog walking jobs may be for you.

As a pet sitter or dog walker, you may be watching pets in the person’s home or in your own home. It may include walking dogs, feeding and giving them water, giving them medicine, and even just cuddling and playing with them.

Pet sitters make anywhere from $25 to over $100 per day. The amount that you charge may vary depending on things such as your experience with animals, the yard that you have (if you have a big yard, this may be a big positive for someone who has a dog that needs to run), if you have a job related to taking care of animals (such as, are you a veterinarian or a vet tech?), and more.

I have personally paid $100 per night to a pet sitter. Our dogs were pretty easy to watch too and our pet sitter always seemed happy to watch our dogs. We were always very grateful to have her as a dog sitter as well, as our dogs loved her and staying with her. She was a wonderful dog sitter!

If you are looking for a company to get started with, I recommend Rover. You can even interview possible clients to make sure that the pets are a good fit for you (all of our past good dog sitters have interviewed us – so it’s normal!). You receive your payment 2 days after you complete a dog walking or pet sitting service on Rover.

Rent out baby gear

If you have baby gear that you aren’t using, then you may be able to rent it out on BabyQuip. Or, you can even buy baby gear to rent out to make money.

People rent baby items all the time, such as when they are traveling. When traveling, families don’t typically like to lug all of the different and heavy items with them.

And, this is where you come in!

Items that can be rented on BabyQuip include cribs, strollers, car seats, high chairs, toys, bouncers, books, hiking packs, and so much more.

You don’t need a lot of stuff to get started either. BabyQuip says you can start with as little as just one crib, which is their most commonly rented item.

If you live in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Australia, or New Zealand, then you can rent out your items on their website.

The average person on BabyQuip can earn around $1,000 a month, and some even earn over $10,000 each month. BabyQuip does charge a fee of 22%, and then you get to keep 78% of your rental and delivery fees.

With BabyQuip, you are paid up front, typically before you even deliver an order to a customer.

Rent out your RV

If you have an RV, then you can probably rent it out to make extra money. In fact, you may be able to make anywhere from $100 to $300 or more each day.

People rent RVs all the time, and it’s a very popular way to travel these days. Plus, some people rent RVs so that they can simply test drive one or see one in person before buying one themselves.

RVshare is the platform I recommend signing up for if you want to rent out your RV. It’s like Airbnb, but it’s just for RVs that you can drive. It’s a website where you can list your RV for rent, and RVshare also handles all payments and bookings.

Now, if you don’t want people to drive your RV and instead want them to simply stay in it at a campsite, then there’s an option for you as well. You could rent it out on Airbnb as a place to stay. I see it all the time, and my sister has rented RV Airbnbs many times.

The very first payment from RVshare typically takes around 10-14 days to process in order to establish the payment processor. But, after that, it is much quicker. Payments for reservations are paid on the first business day after the start of a reservation.

You can learn more about how to make money by renting out an RV at How To Make Extra Money By Renting Out Your RV.

Rent out your car

If you have a car that you can rent out, this is an option as well for finding weekly pay jobs.

I have used Turo a few times personally in the last few months, and it is so easy to use. People like you and me can rent out their cars to make extra money.

Now, why would people rent cars from a person instead of from a more normal rental car company? This may include reasons such as:

  • Wanting to drive a specific type of car that may not be available at a rental car company, such as a Tesla, Ford Bronco, or luxury vehicle. I recently rented a nice Ford Bronco because I have been interested in driving one. These typically aren’t for rent at a traditional rental car company.
  • Wanting to make a more long-term rental deal (such as if you are staying somewhere for a month and need to rent a car) at a more affordable price.
  • The option to have the rental car dropped off to where you are, instead of having to go somewhere far away (which is something that you can ask for easily with Turo car rentals). I have done this with each of my Turo rentals and it was very easy to schedule.

With your first completed trip on Turo, you get paid around 3 days after the trip ends. However, after that, it is quicker. For trips after the first one, payment is initiated by Turo just 3 hours after the trip ends. If the trip lasts more than a week, though, then payments are made weekly. If you have multiple cars rented, though, this could be a way to get payments nearly every day.

Sell items on Amazon

Many items on Amazon are sold by people like you and me.

You can find your own things to sell, then send the items to an Amazon fulfillment warehouse. Amazon then stores the item for you until it sells on Amazon. You don’t even have to ship anything – the Amazon warehouse employees pack the items and send it to whoever purchased the item.

You can also learn more about this topic in my article How To Sell Items On Amazon FBA, which answers questions such as how to decide what items to buy and sell on Amazon and how much income you can earn.

Sell items in an online store

Another job that can pay daily similar to the one above is starting your own online store.

By having an online store, you may be able to make money daily by having someone purchase products each day.

You can sell many different types of things, from clothing to jewelry, pet supplies to baby items, and so much more.

You can read more at How This Person Makes Over $10,000 Each Month With An Online Store In Less Than 10 Hours Per Week.

Sell printables online

Printables are an item that you can sell every day, which can allow you to earn money each day.

So, what is a printable?

A printable is an online item that you can sell on websites such as Etsy. You would make the design, list it on Etsy, and the customer would then buy it and print it themselves. You would not be printing anything. The customer is paying for the design.

Printables include things such as checklists, gift tags, wall art, meal planners, and so much more.

They are a very popular item to buy and sell online.

If you have only been on Etsy for less than 90 days, then you are typically paid by Etsy 3 days after a sale. Once this 90 period is over, your earnings are available the next business day.

You can learn more at How I Make Money Selling Printables On Etsy.

Sell on Etsy’s online marketplace

Other than printables, there are many other items that you can sell as well.

This may include craft supplies, jewelry, clothes, furniture, greeting cards, and so much more.

Products sold on Etsy are shipped from the seller, which means this is different from Amazon because there is no Etsy warehouse. Instead, you would be mailing the product directly to the buyer yourself and handling that.

You can learn more at How To Sell On Etsy Successfully.

Sell Canva templates

A Canva template is a template for items such as planners, ebooks, presentations, graphics, and more that businesses purchase because they don’t want to spend all of their time designing something.

Instead, by purchasing a Canva template, they can just plug in what they want, and your design does all of the hard work for them.

Templates are very popular for this reason.

And, you can learn how to do this, plus make money from home. Another positive is that you can create a Canva template and sell it an unlimited amount of times because it is a digital product.

You can learn more about this at How I Make $2,000+ Monthly Selling Canva Templates.

Personal grocery shopper

Grocery delivery services are becoming more popular because there are more and more people who like the convenience of having someone shop for their groceries for them.

For me, sometimes I simply do not have the time to shop, or perhaps I am somewhere where I do not have a car.

Services like Instacart and Shipt hire drivers, and the average shopper makes around $15 to $20 an hour.

You will need a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Drivers are paid per order, and you keep 100% of your tips.

Instant Cashout on Instacart allows you to get paid after you finish a grocery delivery, so this can be a great weekly pay job.

Rent out your garage

If you have unused space in your home, then you may be able to rent it out to make extra money.

This may include space such as your garage, driveway, basement, closet, shed, attic, and more. People can then use your space to store their stuff, such as a car or boxes of their belongings.

A website that allows you to easily do this is Neighbor. It’s like Airbnb, but just to store stuff. With Neighbor, you can decide how much to charge, as well as what storage reservations that you want to accept.

You can sign up for Neighbor for free here.

Freelance

As a freelancer, you may be able to secure several freelance jobs that may allow you to earn money each day.

As a freelancer, you own your business and contract out your services to clients. A business may hire you for one-time gigs or you may get a long-term job with a company as a freelancer.

Freelance careers include:

Answer paid online survey sites

Paid online surveys won’t earn you enough to replace a full-time job, but it can give you some spare spending cash and free gift cards for a little bit of your free time.

Back when I was paying off my student loans, I would answer paid surveys almost daily with whatever free time that I had. While they didn’t make me a large income, I liked that I could easily answer a survey in my free time and also get the occasional free item to review too.

They are free to join, but please keep in mind that they usually only earn you around $1 to $3 per survey that you complete.

Please head to 18 Best Paid Online Surveys to read more.
